1. What Kamloo is

Kamloo provides free, browser-based utility tools that read publicly available YouTube data (thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, comments, channel statistics and branding assets) using the official YouTube Data API and YouTube's public endpoints.

2. Acceptable use

Use Kamloo only for public, legally accessible YouTube content.
Don't use the comment picker or any tool to harass, spam, or deceive YouTube users.
Don't attempt to overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the site in a way that violates YouTube's own Terms of Service or API Terms of Service.
Respect the copyright and trademark rights of the content and channel owners whose public data you access through Kamloo.

3. No warranty

Kamloo is provided "as is". Results depend entirely on live data returned by YouTube's own systems; we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability of any tool at any given time.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kamloo and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

5. Third-party terms

Your use of data retrieved through Kamloo is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's API Terms of Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
